As well as chicken we also produce pork meatballs, the meat is from the West Country...or maybe you just want great flavour whole cuts...

Bhaji;

As our veggie option we make onion Bhajis, using the same technique as when we make the pork meatballs. First making them into balls and then sending them through our char griller.
