Our Nitrogen tunnel offers the ultimate in IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) technology. We offer this facility as a great way of capturing texture and flavour with great shelf life.....without adding chemical preservatives!
Once the product has been frozen, as long as it is kept at -18 deg C or below it remains "individual" aiding convenient use when defrosting.
Fresh
We also dispatch cooked product in a "fresh" format, meaning that as long as stored at below 4 deg C the customer can use immediately.
